Every season Chef Daniel likes to create a new menu to be served in the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill. Regardless of the season, Chef Daniel, ensures that top quality ingredients are used along with sourcing the freshest fruit and vegetables.
Autumn is now here, and the evenings are getting a little cooler. As the leaves begin to change there is a distinct change in the temperatures of the Glen Innes Highlands. By the end of autumn, the frosty mornings should well and truly be here. Chef Daniel has created a menu that embraces our new season, providing hearty country fare.
We will always have great steaks and oysters on the menu of the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill, they are always served, regardless of the time of year! Some new tempting autumn choices include entrees of Creamy Chicken Carbonara Pasta and Parmesan Crumbed Scallops with a Pea Puree. Some of the main courses include a heart warming Guinness Braised Lamb Shank and Local Beef Sausages served with a Curry Sauce and Jasmine Rice.
We love desserts at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill and all our desserts are made from scratch by Chef Daniel and his team. Some of the desserts to choose from include Sticky Date Pudding, Gluten-Free Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding and Warm Caramel Mud cake and Chocolate Ganache Sundae. Absolutely perfect for this cooler weather!
