During the Minerama weekend in Glen Innes, the Hereford Steakhouse is proud to host a fabulous Celtic themed Dinner & Show with a talented trio from Asleep at the Reel. Guests will enjoy a two-course meal (mains & desserts) and a night of toe-tapping entertainment.
Performing on the night will be Mark Cryle on guitar and vocals, Mick Nolan on bass and vocals and Hugh Curtis on fiddle and mandolin. Asleep at the Reel evoke the atmosphere of a lively Irish pub with flying fiddles and voices rich with harmony and emotion. Their rollicking jigs and reels will keep your toes tapping all night. Asleep at the Reel is all about Celtic music with an Australian heart. The trio presents a rich repertoire of Celtic music and contemporary Australian song. Much of which has been written by Mark Cryle, also a nationally-acclaimed songwriter.
With Asleep at the Reel you will be taken from the peat-smoked pubs of Ireland and Scotland to the bush kitchen, the verandah and the shearing shed and lots of places in between!
Join in the craic on Saturday 9th March at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill. It is sure to be a night filled with fabulous entertainment, great food and a few laughs thrown in!
