We always want to ensure that your stay with us is not only restful, but safe. We continue to do everything possible to ensure the wellbeing and security of you, our guests, and our team members. In light of COVID-19, we’ve added an extra layer of cleaning protocols.
We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our public areas including office, restaurant, bar, bathrooms, door handles and room keys. There’s also hand sanitiser dispensers throughout all spaces, and we’re practicing social distancing.
On top of our regular rigorous cleaning processes, additional disinfecting protocols have been implemented in our guest rooms. This happens after a guest departs and before the next arrives, with particular attention paid to hard and high-touch surfaces.
BEHIND THE SCENES
We’ve also made changes in our back of house areas, increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting. We’re especially focusing on high-touch areas including staff & supplier entrances, locker rooms, linen rooms and, of course, everywhere we prepare and serve food and beverages.
