New spring menu now being served at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill

Not only can we look forward to all the scenery and temperature changes that each season brings to the Glen Innes Highlands, we can also look forward to a new menu that is created by Chef Daniel and served in the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill. Regardless of the season, Chef Daniel, ensures that top quality ingredients are used along with sourcing the freshest fruit and vegetables.

Spring is here, and summer is on its way, so after a very busy winter it was time to update the menu in the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill.

We always have great steaks and oysters on the menu of the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill, they are served, regardless of the time of year! All our steaks at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill are charred for extra flavour and come with a choice of two sides and your favourite sauce. Some new tempting choices on the menu for spring and summer include Thai Beef Salad and Chilli Crab Cakes with a mango salsa. Some of the main courses include a Honey Soy Chicken with a Spring Rice and Pesto, Tomato and Zucchini Pasta.

We love desserts at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill and all our desserts are made from scratch by Chef Daniel and his team. Some of the desserts to choose from include a Key Lime Pie with Cream and a Mixed Berry Turnover with Ice-cream. We use Lavazza beans at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill, so end your night with an espresso coffee or for an added treat try a port or a liqueur coffee.
