It is hard to believe that autumn is almost over, and winter is almost here. As well as looking forward to those chilly winter evenings and spectacular frosty mornings, there is also Chef Daniel’s winter menu to enjoy! And yes, due to popular demand, lamb shanks and char-grilled local sausages are back on the menu! Regardless of the season, Chef Daniel, ensures that top quality ingredients are used along with sourcing the freshest fruit and vegetables, so your meals are always delicious.
We always have great steaks and oysters on the menu of the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill, they are served, regardless of the time of year! All our steaks at the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill are charred for extra flavour and come with a choice of two sides and your favourite sauce. Some new tempting entrée choices on the winter menu include squid stuffed with chorizo and fetta, Pork Belly with mushy peas and a spiced potato puree and Char-grilled prawn skewers with a chilli and lime dipping sauce. If you don’t fancy a steak, when selecting your main meal, you will be tempted by local beef sausages, slow cooked lamb shanks and smoky BBQ pork ribs.
Chef Daniel and his team all appreciate the sweeter things in life and cook our desserts on the premises. This season enjoy the winter favourite of sticky date pudding and be tempted by our two-fruit crumble among other things! Also, we are proud to have addressed the fact that an increasingly common request in the Hereford Steakhouse Char Grill is that of gluten-free options. Our new menu includes many new gluten-free options as well as having entrée and main options for vegetarians.
